Discover the softest saddle pad on the market! The Skin-friendly velvet saddle pad combines our famous velvet saddle pad and the Skin-friendly saddle pad. It prevents saddle friction and offers a chic look at all times. Made only from vegan materials, this saddle pad is 100% animal friendly.

Fabrics and materials

The withers and the back of the saddle pad are lined with vegan sheepskin. This provides excellent cushioning and prevents friction on the horse's back. For horses with sensitive skin, it is particularly comfortable. The exterior of the saddle pad is made of soft velor fabric. The saddle pad is quilted with elegant fishbone quilting.

Shape and size

The Skin-friendly velvet saddle pad is available in obstacle and dressage formats. There is only one strap to pass the girth through, so no annoying straps in front of the saddle. The Kentucky logo is placed slightly higher, allowing room for embroidery.

Maintenance tips

We recommend washing the saddle pad regularly to prevent friction from sweat or dirt. Velvet and vegan sheepskin fabric can be machine washed. Wash the saddle pad at 30 degrees and let it air dry.

In line with our animal-friendly policy, we only use artificial sheep for our products.

Breathable

Our breathable products allow air to pass through the fabrics so that the horse is not overheated by its equipment and protection.

Machine wash

Most of our products are machine washable at 30 degrees. However, we recommend washing as infrequently as possible and using our protective washing bags in order to maintain quality over the long term. We also recommend using professional machines (larger capacity) in order to limit damage caused by the drum of the washing machine. To dry the product, simply place it in the open air on a sunny day. The dryer is not recommended.
