Horse Bib Winter - Kentucky

The Winter BIB is the ideal protection for your horse's chest. It protects against friction caused by blankets. It is a pad that contains two flaps that are placed on the front of the blanket where the chest closures are located. A flap will be slipped inside the blanket, directly against the horse's chest. The other will be positioned on the outside to hold the BIB in place. Both edges of the BIB have notches to ensure the BIB stays in place.

As the BIB is in direct contact with the horse's skin, it is covered with artificial rabbit skin. This very soft material offers a feeling of extreme comfort. An artificial sheepskin is sewn to the edge of the Winter BIB to prevent chafing at the neckline and provide even more comfort. The outer fabric of the BIB is 100% polyester. Not only does it prevent rubbing but it also equalizes the pressure that the rug exerts on the horse's chest. The BIB can also be used in the same way to protect the tourniquet and adapts to all types of cover.

The BIB is machine washable at 30°, do not tumble dry.
